Returns & Exchanges

OUR POLICY

All Fantasy Fox Creations sales are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds. I may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Fantasy Fox Creations reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges. 

Purchase of my products implies agreement and compliance with any and all store policies.

All discontinued items and items marked clearance are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

I cannot provide returns or exchanges for items purchased through secondary retailers. You will need to work directly with the retailer you purchased from in this case.

It’s probably safe to assume that you’re interested in reading this because you might want to return an item you are currently looking to purchase or that you recently purchased. Please let me help answer or resolve any concern that you may have so that you can feel confident about your order. Fantasy Fox Creations is a single human run small business that makes many of our products to order. So when you place an order, we’re making it specifically for you. Each time that we accommodate an exchange, we are taking the time to make another product for you.
I have made the decision to limit exchanges and I choose not to accept returns because, as a small business, it is not cost- or time-effective to do so. I handle nearly all aspects of my business myself - in addition to this, I am disabled, which adds extra burden to maintaining a successful business that sells both online and in person. To keep up with orders and to still set aside enough time needed to maintain my business, work on new designs and directions for my brand this is the only feasible choice.

A few scenarios in which a return or exchange may be warranted or wanted are outlined below.

Oh no, I thought the item I ordered would be bigger/smaller!

If you’ve never shopped with me in person, you may not realize the typical size of an item. Thankfully, all listings come with a description of the dimensions of an item. Unfortunately, because ALL dimensions are listed on the purchase page, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to sizing issues - the only exception to this, is if the size of the item differs from what is advertised on the listing. In this case, please e-mail me or write me through the Contact Us page and we will resolve the issue ASAP!

Oh no, I don’t like the color of the piece I selected.

While all monitors can vary slightly when it comes to the color of an item, I strive to ensure all photos of items are representative of the color you see on-screen. We urge all our customers to be certain the item you purchased is the color and/or design you would like prior to making your purchase, to avoid any disappointment or buyer’s remorse.

Oh no, I just purchased this item and it just broke!

If your item arrived broken, or came apart due to maker error, please e-mail me ASAP. While all items are made with the utmost care and detail, sometimes products contain defects. If this is the case, I am happy to provide you with an exchange or refund minus the cost of original shipping. However, if the item is returned and upon inspection is becomes clear the item is damaged due to user error, you will only receive a partial refund, minus shipping as well as the cost of replacement of the item (material cost only).

I received my item but changed my mind. I want a refund!

Please consider your purchase carefully. I put a lot of effort into providing product details and images of my plushies and other products so that you can make an informed decision before placing your order. I do not accept returns and I do not accommodate exchanges for different products.
